Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange.
What is your return policy?
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened. (i.e. Shrink wrap intact, sealed booster packs, etc.) and in the same condition they were delivered in.
- Asmodee does not cover shipping costs on returns.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Asmodee does not receive.
How do I initiate a return?
If you have an account, you can request a return under my invoices. Simply select view details for the order you would like to return and click on return order. From there you will be prompted to select the items you wish to return.
You can check the status of any existing return requests under My Return Orders. Once the request is approved you can ship your return to the return address provided. Please include the return document print off in your return shipment.

When can I expect my refund?
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of their arrival in our warehouse. We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Asmodee does not receive.
How do you handle incorrect or missing items from an order?
For issues regarding wrong or missing items from your order, please don't hesitate to send us an email with the following information:
- The order number for your purchase.
- A description of the problem.
- Some photographs if you received the wrong item.
- Confirmation of your shipping address, email address and contact telephone number.
